King's Grant Golf Club
King’s Grant is a spectacularly designed, semi-private 18 hole golf course from the mind of Jim Holmes, who was an architect for Jack Nicklaus Design. The course boasts a topography of long undulating mounds and swells, and was designed with large greens and beautiful vistas from which to strike your golf ball.
Each hole has a unique blend of elevation and scenic views that invite you to test the course, but beware; this course holds perfectly placed bunkers, depth perception challenges and almost benign elevation rises and drops.

At King’s Grant, the experience goes well beyond the golf course. Guests can enjoy a round on a 18-hole course, sharpen their skills through one of our golf instruction programs, gather for food and drinks at The Phoenix Bar & Grill or host memorable events overlooking the course and lakes.
On the course, King’s Grant delivers a visually striking and rewarding test of golf. Long rolling mounds, sweeping elevation changes, large Bermuda greens and scenic vistas create a layout that is both beautiful and challenging. Each hole offers its own character, blending strategic bunkering, subtle depth-perception tests, and deceptively gentle rises and drops that demand thoughtful shot-making.
Our onsite restaurant, The Phoenix Bar & Grill and our clubhouse were totally remodeled to host events or enjoy a relaxing drink, lunch or dinner with family or friends. The outer deck is a great place to enjoy an afternoon in the sun or root for your favorite player in one of our golf tournaments, like the Waste Management Phoenix Open where you can heckle the players…the fun, light-hearted atmosphere that The Phoenix is known for.

Golf Instruction
King’s Grant Golf Club offers golf instruction for juniors, beginners, and developing players who want a clearer path to improvement. Through the club’s Golf Academy, private lessons, group coaching, PGA Camps and PGA Jr. League programs, players can build fundamentals, gain confidence on the course, and continue progressing in a fun, structured environment.
Led by PGA Certified Professional Kevin Martin, the instruction program is designed to welcome new golfers into the game while also helping junior and adult players sharpen their skills, enjoy the learning process, and grow through year-round coaching and player development opportunities.
